View Performance thresholds and alerts
A warning threshold and a critical threshold value can be configured for each performance metric.
About this task
Steps

Select

- Select Alerts > Performance Thresholds and Alerts.
- Select All or a particular storage system.

Select the category for which you want to view the configured thresholds and alerts.
The thresholds and alerts that are configured for that category are displayed, according to the metric.
Any metrics that include a custom threshold or alert are highlighted with a tick mark in the Custom column.
The following properties display:
- Name—The metric name
- First Threshold—The first threshold
- Severity—Indicates if an alert has been generated. The icon that is displayed corresponds to the alert severity.
- Second Threshold—The second threshold
- Severity—Indicates if an alert has been generated. The icon that is displayed corresponds to the alert severity.
- KPI—Indicates if the metric is a KPI.
- Custom—Indicates if a custom threshold or alert has been generated.

The following controls are available:
- Create— Create a performance threshold alert
- Modify— Edit a performance threshold alert
- Delete—Deletes a performance threshold alert
- Suggest Intelligent Thresholds— Suggesting intelligent thresholds
